Information Communication Technology (ICT)

This program equips learners with practical and technical ICT skills including software applications, computer systems, networking, data management, cybersecurity fundamentals, and business computing solutions. It prepares trainees to apply ICT in solving real business challenges such as data storage, disaster recovery, business analytics, enterprise systems management, and organizational efficiency improvement.

The course also focuses on developing competence in designing, installing, and managing networked systems while understanding the ethical, legal, and societal impact of technology. Upon completion, trainees are prepared for the national examination administered by KNEC (Kenya National Examinations Council) and are equipped for roles in ICT support, systems management, and digital business environments.

KCSE D (Plain) and above or equivalent qualification; or pass in relevant Artisan level qualification
